Year 2014 is ending! Time to do some house keeping to welcome the new year.
Fresh start. New Beginning.
My room seems to be in quite a mess lately; Piled up bank statements, insurances payment, advertisements pamphlets etc. Glancing around, I feel that I need to do something about this! I need to get more organized.
Let's take a closer look at some areas of my room. These will be the places I will introduce a change.
- No proper place for offices supplies- No proper place for wallets / keys / battery charger
- Watches and cables are lying around
- 4th level: Incoming mails get mixed up with important letters, receipts, warranty cards etc.
- 3rd level: Storing some office accessories
- 2nd level: Filled with books, card boards (mainly used for rough papers)
- 1st level: Least used documents
- Bags to be removed from the walls
- Random items lying on the top panel
- My "Ocean" (camera) needs a roof (needs to make room for a dry box)
- The coiling cables (those aren't mine so can't do anything about it. - No arguments on this. This definitely has to change!
- Too many empty boxes
- Hard to grab the bags I need to use
- Contains other random items like ties, belts, lanyards, posters etc.
This is the only area I'm satisfied with!
- Hard to access as it would be blocked by my father when he sleeps. (needs a relocation)
So, here's all the areas that I need to work on. I need to do some research and brainstorm on how I'm going to classify my items, where and how they will be stored.
