Merry Christmas! We watched the last
2 episodes of
Homeland. As usual, it hangs us at our next query - What happened? Who did this? Urgh! Had to wait for season
3 to know all the answers. After the shows, we headed down to
Chili's @ Jcube for our dinner. I promised to bring her there a while back and finally she's here.
We ordered quite a lot of food. She had
Chile Shrimp Quesadillas. I ordered a
Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs with mashed potato and corn as my sides and we shared a plate of
Nachos.
The Quesadillas was really good. The dough is soft, not too thick and is awesomely tasty. The shrimps are fresh and juicy. The ribs on the other hand are grilled to the right perfection with the sweet honey sause.
WOW! It was really filing.
I'm glad she was contented with the food we had as she isn't a meat person. Lastly, Merry Christmas to all and have a blast!
